Through News Feed you are updated about your acquaintances that are funny, happy, thought-provoking or sad. Lately, this social media channel has launched 6 ‘Reactions’ as extension to its Like button. These reactions ease out feedback sharing. If there is a tragic or annoying post, to ‘Like’ it isn’t right and commenting might be awkward. Still, if you want to empathize, these reactions help you. With these Facebook new reaction emoticons (also known as emojis), the Facebook demographics is more active now. Starring these emoticons in the account below-

  1. Like –The Like button is easy as ever to help you express yourself. As always, a Like button is present with every post. But now, when you tap it, hold or hover on it, emotions- Love, Haha, Wow, Sad, and Angry pop-up. To select the desired one, drag your finger across it and you have expressed yourself!   2. Love – To express your passionate drive to any post, you can use this button. This encourages the traffic to be more actively involved and expressive. This button has the potential to attract more people as ‘Like’ button is not sufficient for people who ‘love’ a post.

  3. Haha – Among the facebook new reaction emoticons this one is likely to get maximum clicks. As we comment ‘Lol’ on hilarious posts, Facebook has introduced this button as a simpler approach to express our amusement to certain posts.

  4. Wow – This emoticon helps people express their astonishment for a post. It facilitates Facebook users to express their feelings in an accurate way about what makes them go ‘wow’.

  5. Sad – So far if a post used to turn people cheerless, there was no other way to express the same, rather than commenting on it. With this button, now people can show their emotions of sadness easily.

  6. Angry – Users are facilitated to express their likes towards a post but there is no dislike button, in case they don’t like a post. Certainly, this pisses off some people and they have to comment on the post top express the same. With this button, now users can show that they are ‘angry’ with a post.

In a nutshell, Facebook has made it convenient for its users to connect with each other in spite of language barriers.
